WHO WE ARE
Dear Customer,
It is my great pleasure to introduce myself.
My name is Michael Waters, founder and owner of Thermal Spin Performance USA, with its legal headquarters in Summerville, South Carolina (USA).
I entered the transportation industry in 1988. During those years, I had the opportunity to travel throughout Italy, gaining extensive experience in the trucking and transportation sector.
In the late 1990s and early 2000s, I also had the great privilege of working for an important Italian company: F.lli Cattadori of Fiorenzuola d’Arda. It was with them that I began working in international transportation, further expanding my professional experience.
Since 2005, I have been living in the United States, where I have continued to work in the transportation industry, traveling across America from coast to coast.
Today, I can count on more than 38 years of experience in the transportation industry and diesel engines.
Experience in the USA since 2005 across 48 states. I have driven on nearly every route available in the American market. I have also seen many large trucking companies struggle to reduce fuel consumption using aerodynamic solutions, spending significant amounts of money with limited results.
Physics teaches us that to take advantage of aerodynamic airflow, pressure is required—and pressure is generated by speed. The lower the speed, the lower the pressure. For example, in some U.S. states where the maximum speed limit is 55 mph, such as California, aerodynamic benefits are very minimal. In heavy traffic conditions, they are essentially zero.
With Thermal Spin Performance, however, fuel savings are always present because the system is directly connected to the engine.

Recently, Thermal Spin Performance has also expanded its presence to Italy.
We have an authorized dealership, managed by Mr. Mitia Catarzi , supported by a team of highly qualified technicians and installers.
In addition, we work with a local representative, responsible for sales and technical consulting, Mr. Massimo Vitale, who assists customers in choosing the solutions that best meet their needs.
WHAT WE DO
Why does an engine consume more fuel and deliver lower performance when it is cold?
By analyzing modern engines equipped with AdBlue systems and DPF filters, I observed that at low temperatures the ash in the DPF filter tends to accumulate more quickly.
From this observation, a deep technical research project was born.
I began studying which materials could withstand very high temperatures, identifying a combination of:
• Ceramic
• Porcelain
• Titanium
I then worked to determine the ideal percentage of each material in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
The result is an innovative technology that allows the treatment and coating of several components of the exhaust system, including:
• Exhaust manifolds
• Turbocharger
• Exhaust pipes and connections
RESULTS
The results obtained have been extraordinary.
Tests have shown a fuel savings between 15% and 20%.
